Basic rules for cutting blades use
- The blades must be correctly fastened. Check that the machine speed doesn't excede the maximum speed indicated in the blade.
- Make sure that the blade doesn't block or incline.
- Fasten the material properly for a firm cut.
- Don't apply too much pressure, the machine weight is enough.
- Use the safety cover
- For wet cut, plug the insulating transformer and make sure that the water supply is enough.
Special recommendations for dry cut
- Allow cooling periods.
- After about 2 minutes cutting, the machine has to be lifted and work freely for about 10 more minutes.
- For the best cooling results use a high periferic speed, related to the blade making.
Warning: In case of inappropiate use, the terms of warranty wont be valid. Complaints for diamond cutting blades will only be accepted if the height of erosion of the segment doesn't exceed 1 mm.
