This tool can only be used with water. Cooling with clean water is a necessary condition for long-lasting tool operation. By following these indications, we guarantee protection against excessive heating of the tool, as well as the elimination of crushed stone.

Using the tool dry (without coolant). It is allowed to be used for discs in dry cutting processes, only for laser-welded or synthesized cutting tools. Not recommended for a diameter greater than 500mm.

All the tools have been manufactured in accordance with the principles of the European standard 13236. Pay attention to the imprint of the disc:

In accordance with the norms and regulations of the manufacturers, the protection and safety indications that must be taken by the worker must be taken into account. On cutting discs without noise reduction, levels between 92 - 105 dB can be achieved. A noise reduction of up to 82 dB may be possible with a silent core implantation. In any case, hearing protection is necessary during working time.

The diamond cutting disc must only be used for the specified purposes of use (restrictions of use) and only on material for which it was designed. Roughing and non-straight cuts are not possible.

The direction of rotation is indicated on the tool and it must coincide with the direction of rotation of the machine.

Diamond tools after their useful life can be deposited at any metal recycling station, or they can be returned to Iberina for reuse. Diamond tools with a segment or part of it must be treated as special waste.

These Iberina tools have noise reduction technology, being this standard in industrial manufacturing processes. The reduction is approximately 20%, which translates to about 82 dB (specified by the manufacturer). All this is achieved from a set of compounds in the core or synthetic fillers in the grooves.
